A consumer app for grocery savings, now reframed around scalable partner distribution instead of classic DTC growth.

The current scaling idea focuses on strong partners with large member bases, such as ADAC, rather than relying only on direct-to-consumer acquisition.

That changes the commercial model substantially: instead of expensive broad-based consumer growth, the app can potentially scale through trusted organisations that already aggregate reach and relevance.

The strategic question is therefore less feature volume and more distribution leverage, partner fit, and a credible route to adoption at scale.
