Michael Brinkmann worked within the BBDO group across two separate entities: BBDO Interactive GmbH and BBDO Düsseldorf. At BBDO Interactive GmbH in Düsseldorf, Michael Brinkmann served as Account Director from 2000 to 2003, building and managing a portfolio of financial-sector clients including Volkswagen Financial Services and Heineken. He led new business activities, delivered integrated digital communication strategies, and established project management standards that improved quality and efficiency across the division.

At BBDO Düsseldorf, he gained experience within one of Germany's best-known agency networks, working across large consumer and corporate accounts at the intersection of brand strategy and market communication.
